According to the municipality, this was done in consultation with the police. The mother says that she approved the conversation because she thought it was connected to the police investigation.

October 1: The prosecutor, who is leading the police investigation, has been unaware that the municipality has interviewed the victim and when he finds out, he contacts the education administration and asks them to "put the investigation completely on hold."

I and my readers have spent almost a month trying to get an investigation open on a prime example of government abuse of Ohio Foster Children, critically ill Kaitlynn Hunter—though it's seemingly been to no avail. Why haven't the White Hats stepped in?

After all, a critically ill Kaitlynn was still missing, after having been taken in the middle of the night by Ohio CPS from the Dayton Children's Hospital after her mother requested she be observed over night for a bleeding brain concussion. The serious injury occurred as a result of a beating almost a week prior and remained undiagnosed and untreated.

Even North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has neglected to get victims help—saying the money has been spent on illegal migrants.

Then there's Ohio Governor DeWine and his Attorney General David Yost who have yet to open investigations on Ohio youth allegations about years of enduring torture, rape and neglect while in foster care in a suspected preparation for placement in a Child Sex Trafficking Ring centered in Ohio.

Just one of these victims was Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter who, almost a month after a beating that caused serious life threatening injuries (that followed six years of injuries from other untreated beatings, rapes, neglect, suicide attempts, plus over a year of starvation in foster homes), was still being held captive in a secret location by Ohio Protective Services.

Kaitlynn has many times been refused medical care by Ohio Child Protective Services for serious injuries that occurred during her six long years in unwarranted Ohio Foster Care, plus has been denied contact with her sole support person, her mother during her medical crisis.

Yet, there was no valid reason for Kaitlynn to be in foster care in the first place, other than she was a witness to her own and other Ohio foster children's abuse, starvation, rapes and beatings during her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care Prison.

Does no one care?

Even worse, Colorado Representative Scott Bottoms alleges that children ages one to five were being sold for sex, while his Democrat colleagues defended the pedophiles.

Where was the public outcry?

An Australian professor revealed that his government was turning a blind eye to their administration of over 60 million contaminated vaccines which led to alarming new cancer trends and genetic disorders. How many millions of contaminated vaccines were given to Americans? Was that the cause of a drastic rise in cancer rates?

Where was the public concern for their own health?

Pray for their safety, health, justice and that all their needs be met. Many are denied all of their Foster Care Bill of Rights. Child Protective Services seems to be denying many to be with qualified family members and friends, while the parents go through the malicious legal abuse.

My story is being put on x profile: Truth. The state of Ohio denies this more often than you would think. The government gets paid a lot of money for these kids, but I have found them to be horrible, neglectful caretakers. The child gets a pittance of what the state gets from federal funding. It's a very sad abuse of our tax dollars. When you can't rely on the government to do the right thing, you go to the people.

Ohio Foster Care is a tragic story of stolen childhoods, denied unconditional love, nurturing and support and the life skills that stability, friends and family unconditionally can give. Many in Ohio are unconstitutionally placed and detained in foster prisons, group homes, psych wards, jails and ungodly situations.

Ohio has approximately 16,000 foster children, America 500,000 yearly in state foster prisons. Thousands are innocent like me.

They are faced with malicious, false charges and denied due process. It's a major problem, like in being forced to take ineffective court attorneys. Most families cannot afford a private lawyer. And the legal system is very complex to navigate alone. An average of ten parents a month committed suicide since Kaitlynn was unlawfully kidnapped. That's 690 American parents. It has been nine long days since almost seventeen year–old Ohio bruised and battered Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter, in a critical medical condition, disappeared in the middle of the night from Dayton Ohio Children's Hospital. The critically ill teen was taken at around one am from the hospital by of all people, Ohio Child Protection Services workers.

Kaitlynn was in the hospital under observation for a serious head concussion received from a beating back on Wed. 6 Nov.2024.

As far as we know and to this day, she has received no medical treatment for this and other serious injuries including a year of being deliberately starved where she lost 60 pounds—all received during her six years of foster care. Why?

CPS has cut off Kaitlynn from all communication with her only support person, her mother Jeannine Larrick. Why?

Why has CPS continually refused medical care for a critically ill child they were responsible for?

Why has CPS twice refused Kaitlynn the ability to file court affidavits about her abuse?

Why is Kaitlynn in foster care where she is continually abused, when she has no reason to be there?

Perhaps the reason lies in the fact that Kaitlynn was to be a court witness against CCP to the abuse of herself and of other youth in the Ohio Foster Care System.

The Ohio CPS has a contract with the National Youth Alliance at the Dimensional Phases Group home in Dayton Ohio where Kaitlynn was beaten and recently raped. A reliable contact stated that National Youth Alliance was under investigation for Sex Trafficking teens out of the Ohio Foster Care System.

Was Kaitlynn being set up to be placed in a Sex Trafficking Ring?

In an Ohio Juvenile Court record of August 2023 was proof of her medical neglect and abuse throughout her years in the Ohio Foster Care System. CPS has twice refused Kaitlynn the ability to file court affidavits as to her abuse and deliberate starvation while in foster care. Why?

I was acquitted of any charge of neglect filed against me when they took Kaitlynn six years ago, yet CPS made no effort to return her home. Why?

By all rights she never should have been in Foster Care. She was originally placed in foster care because I was home schooling her. Yet, she has not received regular and adequate schooling while in foster care and is not even enrolled in school now. Instead of being protected in foster care, she has suffered numerous beatings, starvation and no medical treatment for her injuries. Why?

When she went into the Dayton Group Home she was weak, dizzy and passing out, yet received no medical evaluation. She had previously been starved for over a year, lost 60 pounds and the doctor ordered her Ensure, which she was never given. Why?

I'm so scared for her continued suffering and medical neglect. She has heart and lung problems, a head concussion and past due corrective eye surgery among other serious issues.

Ohio Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter remains in critical condition with untreated injuries from a beating twelve days ago. Her whereabouts are unknown to anyone but her Ohio Child Protective Services perpetrators and Dayton police who kidnapped her from the Dayton Children's Hospital in the middle of the night last Sat. 16 Nov. 2024 where she was being observed for a head injury.

It is strongly felt that Kaitlynn's life is in danger. As of Wed. 20 Nov. 2024 Kaitlynn has gone fourteen days without medical treatment for serious injuries suffered in a beating on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024 at the Dimensional Phases Group Home in Dayton.

Kaitlynn is being held by her perpetrators, the Ohio Child Protective Services, in an unknown location without being able to contact of those she loves for assistance. That alone could be considered psychological torture.

CPS also took away her phone, even though several days ago she was told by a Protective Services Worker she could have her phone for such an emergency.

Ohio CPS haven't allowed her contact with her mother Jeannine Larrick since the beating incident on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024.

One would wonder why? The answer is simple. Kaitlynn's mother Ms. Larrick has mounds of evidence as to Kaitlynn's torture and abuse over the last six years Kaitlynn has been in Foster Care Prison, plus evidence of torture, starvation and abuse of other youths in the Ohio Foster Care system.

Kaitlynn is a court witness to CPS abuse of herself and other youth in the Ohio Foster Care System—which was strongly suspected to be running a Child Sex Trafficking Ring. CPS appears to be trying to prevent Kaitlynn from testifying against them.

Kaitlynn is presently in critical condition, suffering head trauma, continuous pressure on her brain, pain and needle feelings in her skull, has a brain fluid leak, two knots on her skull, has trouble pronouncing, can't spell and slurs words; is highly agitated; left eye has turned brown; for the past several years she has suffered Dissociation as a result of past trauma such as being starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds and denied prescribed nutrition to regain her health. Eyes have been dilating for the past few years as a result of past beatings. She is in need of an eye operation from a prior beating months ago. She has been without her clothes except for two outfits since last Sep, she has not been enrolled in school since last Sept, and she does not have her glasses which disappeared last Sept. She has been raped and abused throughout her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care.

The now 16 year–old was placed in Ohio Foster Care at age 11 because her mother Jeannine Jarrick was homeschooling her. Ms. Larrick has been fighting the court system and CPS ever since to get her back.

After my readers badgered Ohio authorities for several days, CPS finally took Kaitlynn to the Dayton Childrens Hospital for a CAT Scan and diagnosis, which she had twice been denied over the past nine days since the beating.

Jessica Barnes, who works at the Dimensional Phases Group Home where Kaitlynn was beaten said that in the early morning hours of Sat. 9 Nov. 2024 when Kaitlynn was at the Dayton Children's Hospital, the Dayton Police and Guernsey County Child Protective Services forced their way into the Dimensional Phases Group Home without a warrant and demanded Kaitlynn's things, which they then removed from the home.

It was around one am on that same Sat. morning 16 Nov. 2024 when those same police and CPS workers suddenly showed up at the Dayton Children's Hospital and took Kaitlynn. She was in the hospital for a CAT scan, diagnosis and treatment and was to be observed overnight.

CPS took away her phone and went to an unknown location. They have refused Kaitlynn and her mother to communicate with each other since the beating. At the time of the abduction Kaitlynn overheard CPS workers say they were thinking of taking her out of state.

CPS claimed they had no medical records on her and as a result she suffered an allergic reaction to medication in the hospital—that was only understood after the mother Jeannine Larrick told them of her past medical history. Ms. Larrick was denied information as to her present medical condition and has not been allowed to talk to Kaitlynn since the beating incident.

I believe Kaitlynn is being groomed for a Child Sex Trafficking Ring. I had word from a very reliable source as to details of that, yet it cannot be disclosed to the public at this time.

I have no where to send that intel. To my knowledge there has been no investigation opened on Kaitlynn's case from any of the many government agencies notified by myself and many others since the beating. I have gotten the run a round from federal agencies and also from, as could be expected of a Protective Services government agency accused of abuse of many children, the local Child Protective Services and police—which isn't surprising. The Guernsey County CPS has had two Foster Children die since 2019 when Kaitlynn was placed in foster care for the ridiculous charge of being home schooled.
